I have issues streaming music!

There can be a couple of reasons why streaming doesn’t work:
  • You do not have cookies enabled. Our files are protected against hotlinking through download scripts. These scripts require a cookie to be stored on your computer before granting you access to the file. This cookie has an expiration time of 2.5 hours. If you didn’t start streaming or downloading within 2.5 hours after loading the last Tjoonz.com page, you should try refreshing the page.
  • You do not have JavaScript enabled. Our music player is powered by JavaScript and jQuery. Enable JavaScript in your browser and refresh the page to try again.
  • You use an outdated version of a browser. While we try to cater for everyone, some browsers simply cannot cope with today’s webdesign features.
  • You use Internet Explorer. While we do our very best to make Tjoonz.com work in most browsers, Internet Explorer is a very stubborn attention baby. A lot of today’s webdesign features, even standardised ones, do not work in Internet Explorer only. We recommend switching to a better browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  • The file doesn’t exist on our end. There’s nothing you can do except notify us. We will correct the issue as soon as possible.
